I have been a massage therapist and energy worker since 1998, and I am deeply passionate about the work I do. I truly love helping people and serving as a healing facilitator for my clients, supporting them on their path toward greater ease, balance, and well-being.

After 5 years in business, I had the privilege of working part-time with an amazing chiropractor Eric Cutting, an experience that greatly expanded my ability to support injury recovery and posture correction. Over the years, I have developed several specialties, including working with lower back issues, neck issues , and helping clients move through places where they feel stuck-whether its physically or energetically.

I also spent several years as an Instructor and Administrator at Spa-Tech (my alma mater then called PRI) which I consider one of the country’s best massage schools. That experience was incredibly meaningful to me, and I especially love mentoring former students.

My approach is rooted in compassion, presence and connection. I often remind others to “Get out of your head and into your heart!”
